If any parts are damaged in shipping or upon receipt, these parts will be replaced at no charge to the Customer. A full product refund may be obtained up to 30 days following shipment of the product.

* Warranty limit is one year. Warranty is void if failure of any parts is due to accident, abuse or misapplication.


If the Zero-Flex product is returned within 30 days, the customer can obtain a 100% refund of the product price. Shipping and handling is non-refundable. Any product returned after 30 days is subject to a $20 restocking fee. Product returns are limited to three months from the date of purchase.
